So long as you complete the final exam at 70% or greater and complete the end-of-course survey – you will be accredited.

Completion will happen once a month – typically around the first week of each month, where a volunteer will dive in and check off all those who have completed and met the Final Exam and end-of-course survey criteria.


Terms and conditions of enrollment for the post November 2025, intake:

  1. You understand that this is a voluntary effort run by volunteers, there is no entitlement, no commitment, no recourse and no liability on behalf of Cisco, or Skools.
  2. The team will check in once a month, at the start of the month and mark everyone as complete – you will then gain your badge/certificate when you pass the final at 70% or greater on any of your attempts. You must also complete the end-of-course survey.
  3. Your purpose for participating in this training, is to utilize Cisco NetAcad accreditation and credentialing, enabling you to grow with any of these courses via NetAcad.
  4. If you are already enrolled elsewhere, the Skools team and collaborating colleagues WILL NOT remove you from this enrollment.
  5. By enrolling, you acknowledge that this is a 100% remote, 100% self-supporting experience.
  6. You may unenroll and re-enroll at any time; however any loss of data is entirely your own risk.
  7. You will follow the completion requirements described within each course – it is your responsibility to read these with care.
  8. You acknowledge that by enrolling on any of these courses, you will not consider yourself to be a formal student of any organization supporting this program, including the Skools.
  9. You must already have Cisco NetAcad account or create a account for Cisco NetAcad courses, Same goes for other platforms.
  10. Each course has a maximum duration of 366 days and will not be extended under any circumstances.
  11. You will not pester the team for anything, doing so will risk you being removed from the program.
  12. No individual or organization is awarded any special dispensation, for any reason, in any context, whatsoever.
